How CTOS helps people settle outstanding Singer balances safely, through a trusted IIMMPACT payment page.

The email CTOS sends

A short, generic message about financial health. It never mentions an amount, a creditor or a balance.

The only thing personal is the link, and it is unique to one person.

The link opens an IIMMPACT page marked “Referred by CTOS”. Six short steps later the account is settled.

1. Verify

The customer confirms the last 4 digits of their IC. Until this passes, the page shows nothing about them: no name, no amounts.
2. Your Singer accounts

Each Singer account is listed with its breakdown: instalments, months in arrears, late charges and the total due.
3. Choose amount

The customer picks which accounts to pay, and pays the total due, this month's amount, or any amount from RM10 up to the total.
4. Pay by card or FPX

A secure, IIMMPACT-branded checkout. Customers pay by card or by online banking (FPX). There are no fees.
5. Bank approval

For FPX the customer is sent to their bank to approve the payment, exactly as with any online purchase.
6. Receipt & JomPAY status

A receipt shows what was paid, then follows the payment live: received, sent to Singer via JomPAY, confirmed by Singer.

The customer sees a simple page. Behind it, IIMMPACT pays Singer through JomPAY and shares the commission.

A unique, expiring link
Every link is tied to one person and stops working after 30 days.
Last-4 IC check
Nothing personal is shown until the customer proves it's them. Repeated wrong guesses lock the link.
CTOS never sees amounts
CTOS only learns whether a balance exists. Figures stay between the customer, IIMMPACT and Singer.
Regulated provider
IIMMPACT is a bill payment provider regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia.
No fees for customers
The customer pays exactly what they owe, never a cent more.
